At KittyLemon, we work with trusted production and shipping partners to deliver pet products, custom pet gifts, personalized pet merchandise, dog accessories, cat accessories, and related items to customers worldwide.
Please review the following shipping information before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 1โ5 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Custom and personalized products may require additional production time before shipment.
Processing times may increase during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or periods of unusually high demand.
2. Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, geographic location, customs procedures, local carrier operations, weather conditions, and other logistical factors.
For most orders, delivery is typically completed within 5 to 14 business days after shipment.
Actual delivery times may vary based on:

- Customs clearance procedures

KittyLemon ships to many countries worldwide.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges required by local authorities unless otherwise stated.
4. Tracking Information
When tracking is available, customers will receive shipment tracking information after the order has been dispatched.
Tracking updates may occasionally be delayed due to carrier systems or customs processing.
5. Shipping Delays
While we strive to deliver orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

KittyLemon is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties involved in the delivery process.
6. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
KittyLemon is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped due to incorrect address information.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier.
If a package appears lost, customers should contact us so we can assist with an investigation where possible.
Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
KittyLemon is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but subsequently lost, stolen, misplaced, or inaccessible after delivery.
8. Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact support@kittylemon.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide photographs of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The shipping label
Our team will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
